Laura Waltz is a Silicon Valley and Santa Cruz County Realtor who brings nearly two decades of customer service and hospitality experience to serving her clients. For both her commercial and residential clients, Laura draws on her years of understanding and anticipating clients needs and solving problems to provide a thorough and client focused Real Estate experience.

With over 15 years in Hotel Management, Laura brings a unique operational perspective and expertise to her commercial clients. She possesses a deep understanding of hotel markets, market segments, and demand drivers. She is currently the co-owner and operator of Central Coast Hospitality, a northern California focused hotel management and consulting company.

A Bay Area native ,born and raised in San Jose, CA, Laura received her B.A. in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2004. She lives in Santa Cruz with her husband Tobin Shaeffer.
